Summary Students will explore the Wampanoag culture during Falmouth’s colonial period by finding Wampanoag names on a Falmouth map and creating a time line of historically significant events involving the Wampanoags and Falmouth’s first settlers. While there are several good resources that provide detailed information about Wampanoag history and culture, this unit will focus on the interactions of the Wampanoags and Falmouth’s colonial settlers.
