Design a 1 page school newsletter. You must use the following sections in your paper: local news, sports, movie, book, or music review, school news or announcements, weather, and another of your own choice.  All text should be 12 pt font size unless otherwise indicated. Each section must have a bold headline (14pt size), cite your source beneath each headline in italics (10pt size), include a title for your newsletter(24pt size), include 3 pictures, your newsletter must be in 3 columns.  Save your file as newsletter in your folder. We will make changes periodically to this file. * Add a page border to youir entire newsletter.  Add a seperate boarder around your title. Add a header to include an issue number on the left and a date on the right. Add a footer to include page number in the center.  Move one of your pictures between column one and two with the text surrounding.  A second picture should have text above and below.  Move the 3 picture behind your text (you might need to adjust the image color or text color so that your words can be clearly read.*
