The group leaves the Fairmount Running Companyl at 6:45pm every Wednesday, running as fast -- or as slow -- as people like. Typically, we run out and back, for a total of four miles.  You'll find someone else who is running your desired pace and distance.

Saturday at 9:00 am, carpool to a Trail Run
 (tentative)
**THIS IS NOT YET A REGULARLY-SCHEDULED RUN.  JOIN OUR YAHOO GROUP TO RECEIVE ANNOUNCEMENTS & UPDATES ABOUT THIS RUN.**

Are you ready for the challenge of trails? When we do this run, we've met at the Fairmount location of Mug Shots, at 21st & Fairmount Ave, or directly across the street at the Eastern State Penitentiary. We have carpooled to Wissahickon Valley Park, to take on the hills and rugged terrain. Overall, it's a slower pace than on the roads, but it is also less impact on the feet & knees.
