Frequently Asked Questions:

1. What type of projects should be made? Mini project or course related projects?

Ans. The project should be worthwhile and presentable - obviously for the competition if you are making a simple power supply it is not going to be accepted. The aim of this competition is that the standard of projects produced in Mehran UET can be raised. So, my advise will be to design a project which reflects best of your abilities and you can easily manage within your limited resources. The more projects you'll make at any level more experience you'll get and the standard will also improve accordingly. This way you'll also be able to gauge the standard of your project and other participants. I hope you got the idea.

2. Simulation based projects or Software projects be accepted? or hardware is necessary.

Ans. Yes, software and simulation based projects are acceptable.

3. Will there be any Questioning session regarding the project on the day of event?

Ans. Yes. each project group will be visited by an inspection team and they might ask you to introduce your project and some questions regarding that. So be well prepared.

4. There will be all students from every batch, then is there any special consideration in judgement process for particiapnts from junior batches.

Ans. Yes the factor of seniority and freshness will play its role in judgement process but it is only one of the criteria to judge a project.
