WP-Cache updating tutorial:
How to update a page in the long-term cache.
When going to edit a page, note the ID. In this case, I am going to edit page 4.
Edit the page normally, and save it. Now, go to Options -> WP-Cache.
If you want to update the whole site, click "Delete cache" and skip to the final step. If you want to update a single page, click "List files".
Find the ID of the page(s) you want to update, and click "Remove".
The final step is to load the page(s) on the website. You should do this anyway as it's a good habit, but in this case you are actually forcing the page to be cached. If it comes up fine, you have nothing to worry about for a month.
Please note that this is only a temporary measure to cope with the fact that Verio sucks. Once we move to a better host, I can set the cache to a much smaller time- an hour or two. Then the pages will automatically expire, and be re-cached when visitors come to view them, so they will in effect update automatically. I could leave it longer if you'd like for peace of mind.
