Just outside the city center of Hilversum in The Netherlands, 30 km from Amsterdam, within walking distance of the central station and the main shopping center you will find this modern cornerhouse with garage for rent/sale.

The house was built in 1998 and is situated in a child-friendly neighborhood. The neighborhood furthermore consists of modern lower upperclass houses and inhabitants.

Ground floor

We enter the patio garden of the house through a nice wooden gate. In the patio garden we have access to the bike shed and the front door.

Opening the front door we enter the corridor where we have on the left side the entry to the study room. Going further in the corridor is the wardrobe, the toilet, the washing machine room, and a closet.

When we enter the living room we see on our right side the spacious living room with sliding doors to the patio garden. On our left we see a modern kitchen with dishwasher.

First floor

When we return back to the corridor we step up the stairs to enter the first floor corridor. This corridor consists a big wardrobe closet.

On the left side of the corridor is a bedroom with balcony. On the right side of the corridor is the bathroom with bath and toilet and double sinks. On this side is also the second bedroom.

Additional

To the house also belongs a shed in the patio where you can store a lot of things like bicycles, etc.

The house also has its own parking place in the parking garage behind the building. For only €7,- per month you can park your car in a closed, secure place.
