Adverse weather not inspiring you to push your limits ?

Testimonials

Here are actual testimonals that clients who have taken up the Extreme Circuits training plans have submitted after only a few short weeks.

"I joined Extreme Circuits to try and tone up, lose weight and increase my fitness for playing football and within six weeks I noticed a massive difference!  Attending the class 2 to 3 times per week, combined with health eating, I lost 10lbs, toned up and my stamina levels went up dramatically.  While playing football I felt I could run and keep running from the first to the last minute.  The class constantly changes to keep you on your toes, eight weeks in and we are still going through new routines and exercises."

Paul Brocklehurst

"At last, found an exercise routine which I thoroughly enjoy and look forward to.
No two training sessions are the same, but always fun, active and run by highly activated instructor who  caters to everyones ability .Visible results in weeks.  (after 6 wks, my belt has been pulled in by two holes) and I feel fantastic for it."

Lesley MacArthur

"I've been a regular gym user for approx 5 years, with 4 to 5 sessions a week. My normal sessions were split between cardio with some ab work and weights. While I continue to enjoy my weight session, I was finding the cardio days increasing mundane between the running and cycling machines and was looking for a new challenge.

After talking to Chris he explained his 220 circuit training program. 4 weeks on and im starting to feel the benefits of the program with increased fitness levels and my abs showing better definition. I enjoy the 220's varity of excersises and feel that under the group environment I push myself much harder than my standard gym cardio days.

I would highly recommend the 220 for anyone looking to get fit or seeking a fresh fitness challange. "

"Attend the gym twice a week, doing the same routine week after week. I felt I was exercising, but not actually achieving anything. No noticeable difference in muscle tone or weight. Started the 220 circuit, twice a week, 30 minute sessions. At the end of the circuit, absolutely exhausted, every muscle aching, yet only 30 minutes of activity. The circuit which covers all muscle groups mixed in with shuttle sprints, made a difference within 2-3 weeks. I was able to sprint faster, complete all of the reps of the circuit and also introduce some new exercises. Felt like I was actually doing something with my exercising. Every muscle feels stronger and when I do go to the gym, every piece of equipment I use I can lift heavier weights. When I first read what is involved in the 220, I thought it was easy, first session corrected that opinion, but it is the most effective piece of exercising I've done. Highly recommended."
