Do you run an After School Club ?

Are you looking to provide your children with fun, structured physical education ?

Extreme Circuits
believe in a healthy outlook on life for all. But as with most things it has to start somewhere. We believe that starts with our children.

Children love sport and that love should be nurtured in a way that provides structure and continuity with the physical education they are receiving at school and other sporting clubs.

Balance, co-ordination, hand eye skills and a sense of fair play are all key to a well structure sports offering.

Extreme Circuits can offer your children this facility. Available during term time or in the lead up to sports day it can help boost children's confidence and give them the opportunity to revisit some of the skills they have already learned. During the holidays it provides continuing structure which is important when developing sporting skills.

All children should be as active as possible, not just the minimum recommended 1 hour per day. Not all children enjoy tennis or football. The majority of children respond well to friendly competition in the context of run, jump and throw.
