Extreme Circuits has been built out of passion. That passion comes from a zest for life and the belief that we can accomplish much more when we share ideas and work together. Extreme Circuits outstanding philosphy is about getting people fit for life. If we are not physically fit then everything else becomes just that little bit harder. Whatever you want to get fit for in life Extreme Circuits can get you there.

Here at Extreme Circuits we love getting out and about. We hate stuffy smelly gyms that have you doing hours and hours of cardio. Our circuit training takes place in the great outdoors.....your outdoors. From local parks and playing fields to canal paths and forests let Extreme Circuits take you and your fitness to new and exciting places.


Extreme Circuits is owned and run by Chris Beamish. Since 2003 health and fitness has developed from a curious interest to a lifetimes passion for Chris. In 2003 he took part in his first triathlon and was instantly hooked. Eager to improve himself he embarked on a process of specific coached sessions and self teaching that eventually seen him achieving his personal goal of representing his country at international sporting level. In 2007 Chris placed in the top ten for his age group at the ITU World Age Group Championships in Hamburg. Coupled with the success of Hamburg Chris also competed at the 70.3 Ironman event in Antwerp achieving the notable result of first Scot in both 2006 and 2007. Chris is also head coach for Linlithgow Athletics club passing on his knowledge and passion for sport to the next generation of athletes.

Chris is a certified MIAS Mountain bike Leader and British Cycle Coach, a UKCC Endurance Coach and a Fitness Scotland registered Gym/Fitness instructor
