As a personal trainer marketing isn't a strong point. So when it comes to selling the best fatloss program around I decided thet results had to speak for themselves.

And boy did they ever !!!

One of my clients (thankfully more experienced in marketing than myself) was so impressed that she took time out of her busy schedule to not only endorse my product but she wrote this advert for me !!!!

Well listen up!  Whatever your motivation you know I have been pretty happy with my curves until I lost my waistline and was heading for health risks....so when Chris Beamish offerred his 2 week Fat Busting Tone Class, I was interested but a bit sceptical that I could stick to it.  However I thought even I could manage to do something consistently for 2 weeks.....

Well I took 4 inches off my waist, 2 off bust, 2 off bottom in just 2 weeks. And I've even found some abs which have been in hiding since childbirth!! That was 6 weeks ago and its still off with another inch lost from waist and thighs. More importantly I feel better in myself, digestion etc improved and more afternoon energy. In fact I feel I've made a lifestyle change which has really made a difference. O:-)

Well Chris is now able to offer groups of chums or individuals the programme!

What's involved: a high protein and fresh food diet of healthy, not faddy foods (easily managed with family cooking). Now I was a bit wary of diets - having never done one and not wanting to do any weight loss and then pile it on again.  However, combined with the exercise actually increases your metabolism so after my two weeks I've returned to a slightly modified eating plan which has been approved by my GP (!)- just avoiding too many carbs- especially later in the day. Ah but I love my carbs, I hear you cry!  Well so do I but stick with this and you'll be able to adjust your timings and still enjoy them. 

The exercise:  Disruptive circuits or chunks of exercises in short bursts designed to build strength, not bulk, and give the fastest most effective fat burning adrenaline boost. I'll not deny that the sessions are intense but totally manageable and give you an immediate buzz. Everyone goes at their own pace so you needn't feel you're competing with anyone but yourself. Just 3 classes per week over the two weeks, preceeded by a week of 2 classes to get you familiar with the exercises.

OK Enough talk.  It costs just £50 for the 3 weeks (Prep week and 2 weeks Programme) and Chris can even take the class in your lounge at times to suit you (travel time from linlithgow depending). He is very knowledable, fully trained, friendly, positive and really supportive and lets be honest, he's easy on the eye!! (sorry Chris, inappropriate comment from a customer!! :-P ). So thats your Christmas pressie to yourself sorted!


I've never had the feel good buzz from exercise before but now I know what that feels like and its great!

Iona McCullagh's Testimonial: OK At start of the drop a size programme my vitals stats were 41-36-39. After three weeks (business trip in middle meant I lost three workouts and ate and drank too much) I'm measuring 39-32-37 which I'm pretty happy with. There is more definition in my upper arms and my fat back has gone!! Hurrah!!

The diet was not t...oo restrictive and I think I've got the hang of making it a sustainable life change. As for the three sessions a week I can honestly say that in 30 years of hockey, cross country, jogging, dancing, aerobics and pilates classes I've never had an excercise buzz.........until now! THere is no doubt its tough doing the class but its worth it. When I get out I feel so much better. I think the eating combined with excercise has even conquered the afternoon slump that was a regular feature of my office life.

Bust 2 inches off
Waist 3 inches
Hips 2 inches
Arm 1 inch
Thigh 1 inch

5lbs lost !!!!!

Derek was more than happy with the results he achieved in just 10 days. Before he jetted off on his summer holiday.

Results are in....

Arm relaxed was 12.5 now 11.5
Chest was 38.5 now 37
Waist above belly button
Was 32 now 31
Leg thigh was 22 now 21
Hips was 38 now 37

Weight was 10st12 now 10st7.5

All done at 7 at night. Only been on plan ten days!!!

Lifestyle plan has been enjoyable and easy to stick too while learning how to understand and prepare the food I eat. Before starting I was concerned about having the energy to do classes and my gym work. Actually found energy and recovery time has improved. I recommend this small lifestyle chance to make a big step to a healthier fitter and happier body. Do this program and re-train your mind not just your body.
