This page shows you the sort of training you can expect to experience in the Instinctive Fighting System classes. As you can see, we emphasise reality-based self-defence above and beyond all other things. If it takes months to 'Master', we don't do it. 

All students are carefully trained, with a gradual build-up to actual force-on-force training. No one will be thrown into the deep end and contact is as hard or as light as both students desire.

You won't be trying to score points off another person, just to get away and - if it doesn't look pretty - technique-be-damned.
