Bob Guy, Vice President of Application Development, Long Term Care Group (LTCG) Bob has 25+ years of IT experience. In his role at LTCG, Bob is responsible all aspects of the development lifecycle, budgets and people management.
Bob has held a variety of roles in the past that range from Software Developer, Application Architect, Project Management, Business Analysis, Testing and various management roles. He has worked in Corporate IT, Technology Consulting and the Software Industry. Bob’s resume includes 10 years at 3M developing leading edge solutions, Microsoft, GMAC leading a large eCommerce development team and at Avanade leading the Application and Integration practice for the North Central Geography.
Bob has Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Michigan Technological University and a Master of Science in Software Engineering from Saint Thomas University.
Jennifer Hauschildt , Vice President, Thomson Reuters Jennifer is vice president of Global Talent Development and Diversity for the Legal segment of Thomson Reuters. Her areas of responsibility include Recruiting, Learning & Development, Talent & Performance Management, Diversity, and HR Operations. She and her team support the business by developing strategies and initiatives to attract, develop, and retain a dynamic employee population – enabling individuals to realize their highest potential. In doing so, her group supports the development of a global culture that is agile, high performing, and culturally inclusive.
Jennifer has been with the company for 15 years and previously served as vice president, Diversity and Community Relations. She also held a variety of Technology senior management positions within the company. Jennifer received a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota, and also earned an MBA from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.
Jim Ostergaard, Senior Group Manager, Target Corporation Jim has 20 years of IT and Finance experience. He is a recognized leader at Target for overseeing large and complex corporate initiatives. He is passionate about driving organizational change and operational efficiency. Throughout his career he has been driving initiatives in the areas of: application development, enterprise wide solutions for HR systems (ERP) and Business Intelligence, software process improvement models (SEI CMM), outsourcing of mainframe operations, and merging three operating companies’ mainframe systems into one common system. Academically, Jim has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics as well as Finance from the University of St. Thomas. Rick Greenwood, Chief Information Officer, Rural Community Insurance Services (RCIS) Rick holds the position of CIO at RCIS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Wells Fargo. Rick has more than 25 years of experience in Information Technology, including Chief Technology Officer at formerly Residential Funding Corp of GMAC and at Shavlik. His industry expertise spans across Financial Services, Manufacturing, Logistics and Insurance. Rick graduated from Mankato State University, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. He has been a featured speaker for many forums including CIO 100, Information Weekly, Microsoft CIO Summit and International Business Objects Conferences. |
