Kiva Microfunds is an organization that allows people to lend money via the Internet to microfinance institutions in developing countries which in turn lend the money to small businesses.  [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kiva_(organization)]

Kiva does have a microfinance institution (aka "Field Partner") in Kigali, Rwanda.  It is called Vision Finance Company and a description can be found here: http://www.kiva.org/about/aboutPartner?id=117.
