If you are looking for really relaxing holidays..this is the place for you. Awarded with the'blue flag'every year this beach with 2km length and on some points 140m depth, has a different spot for everyone. Many restaurants, two bars, hotel bars and swimming pools, bowling alley, can help you spend the night. During the day, numerous walking paths on the surrounding green hills, lead you to isolated beaches or to small traditional villages. On the other hand if you are a fan of extreme water-sports, you can enjoy water skiing, wind surfing, paragliding, sailing, canoes, jet scooters, motor boat hire, rings, bananas etc. You can also experience scuba diving even for the first time at the local school, and believe me in those turquoise waters is something you won't forget!
Our small family business is situated 300 metres from the beach. It consists of two separate buildings. The studios for two persons are on the first floor of the front building. Each of the six rooms has a kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom, and a private balcony. Air conditioning, TV, cleaning and changing of towels are also provided. On the ground floor, you can make your daily shopping in the super market. Fresh bread every day in your pyjamas! We want to save your strength for the beach..
The two apartments for four persons are a detached house at the back corner of our blossomed garden. In each you can find a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms with single or double beds. Air conditioning, TV, and cleaning are also provided. The ground floor apartment has a dining table in the kitchen and one outside, whereas the above one, one in the kitchen and one smaller in each balcony.
We have a wi-fi connection in case your laptop is something you can't leave behind. There is public transport to Corfu town daily, or you can take a taxi. Of course you can rent a car or bike and make your own route around the island. |
In the above photograph you can see the several small bays of the village paleokastritsa and in the ones following few off the lost paradises(in our opinion),you can visit only by motor boat or sailing boat between agios georgios and paleokastritsa:
