What we are looking for in new recruits:
- maturity;
- commitment to a life of piracy;
- the ability and willingness to fly solo;
- activity (not 23/7 but you need to keep the kills coming)
- self-sufficiency in terms of isk;
- the ability to use Ventrilo for fleet ops;
- no minimum SP requirements but you need to be able to fly a properly fit Tech 1 frig.
