to join the NetworkIf you are an ecological or environmental anthropologist working in the European Union, in the European borderlands, or in another place where E.U. policies and NGOs have a significant presence, you are invited to contact us and tell us about your research interests. We will try to foster conversations, mentorships, and mutual support. This Network is an outreach initiative of the American Anthropological Association’s Society for the Anthropology of Europe (SAE), in collaboration with the Anthropology and Environment (A&E) Section of AAA. Graduate students, researchers, practicing anthropologists, and university faculty are all welcome to join discussions. Since we are an informal network, there is no membership fee. If you currently maintain a membership in AAA, however, we ask that you consider getting involved with our supporting sections, SAE and A&E. To request participation in the private network hosted by Google Groups, please contact one of the coordinators with your name, email address and brief information about your current projects and affiliation.
