This list of features is typically used by ETO Administrators to configure data entry screens throughout their ETO. Each wizard has a corresponding manage feature used for editing. These data entry screens are developed in such a way that reports and queries can be generated.
Wizards are found on the Navigation Bar below the Wizards component: TouchPoint WizardFields developed with the TouchPoint Wizard appear on the Record New TouchPoint screen. Demographics WizardFields developed with the Demographics Wizard appear on the Add New Participant screen. They also appear on the following screens: Add New Household, View/Edit Participant, Add Demo by Group.
Assessment WizardFields developed with the Assessment Wizard appear on the Participant Assessment screen. Depending on the type of Assessment selected, they may also appear on the following screens: Family Assessment, Entity Assessment, General Assessment, Self Assessment, Staff Assessment.
Survey WizardFields developed with the Survey Wizard appear on theTake a Survey screen.
Point of Service WizardFields developed with the Point of Service Wizard appear on the Participant Efforts screen. They also appear on the following screens: Multiple Participant Efforts, Record Attendance, Record Hours of Attendance, Record Entity Efforts, Multiple Entity Efforts, General Efforts .
Attribute WizardFields developed with the Attribute Wizard appear on the Add New Entity screen. They also appear on the following screens: View/Edit Entity, Add Attribute by Group.
Process WizardFields developed with the Attribute Wizard appear on the Track Participant Processes and Track Entity Processes screens.
Query WizardUnlike the other wizards, the Query Wizard does not create screens for data entry. The Query Wizard is a tool utilized to generate custom reports. Note that the Query Wizard Classic is no longer supported and the feature should be removed from the Navigation Bar.
Query Wizard PlusLike the Query Wizard, Query Wizard Plus does not create screens for data entry. The Query Wizard is a tool utilized to generate custom reports. Use Query Wizard Plus when building reports with charts and tables. Also, this tool enables on the fly adjusting and tweaking of new queries and reports. Note that by default this feature is not available to customers that have ETO Results. To access Query Wizard Plus, go to Reports-->View Reports and click the Create Query button. Properties WizardAt this time, this feature is not utilized by ETO Administrators.
Manage Feeder TablesFeeder Tables are drop boxes that appear throughout ETO Software. Like Wizards, Feeder Tables are used to customize data entry screens. Go to Site Administration --> Manage Feeder Tables.
