View ReportsThis page is broken into sections. The first section, My Reports, contains Web Intelligence standard reports, as well as any Custom Reports (including customized versions of standard reports). We think that you will find these reports far more flexible as they contain simple filters (drop down boxes) at the top that allow for the data to be seen in a variety of configurations. Also, if your organization has ETO Results, the standard reports are editable. The sections that follow My Reports have been migrated from the Standard Reports page to make more reports accessible from a single page. Customers that have ETO Results will see a button labeled Create Report at the top of the View Reports page. The ETO Results feature is capable of developing very robust custom reports. Follow this link to learn more about creating custom reports with ETO Results. Note that users with the appropriate role will see a button labeled Create Query. Click this button to launch the Query Wizard Plus feature. Live OfficeUse the Query Wizard to create "universes" that can be queried from Excel or other Microsoft Office products. Offers great flexibility to work with data without having to login to ETO Software. Demographic ReportsData entered onto the Add New Participant, Add New Household, View/Edit Participant, and Add Demo by Group features populate Demographic Reports. Demographic data uploaded into ETO via the Batch Upload or Upload Files features will also populate Demographic Reports.
Assessment Reports Points of Service/Efforts Reports Data entered onto Participant Efforts, Multiple Participant Efforts, Record Attendance, Record Hours of Attendance, Hrs of Attendance Alternate, General Efforts, Record Entity Efforts and Multiple Entity Efforts features populate ETO Reports, Review Efforts, and several Standard Reports. Effort data upload into ETO via the Batch Upload feature will also populate these reports, as will attendance data that is scanned in using Bar Code functionality.
Standard ReportsThis page includes about 100 reports that contain data entered into many features in ETO, including Add New Participant, Add New Household, Assessments, Efforts, Referrals, Employment, Education, Participant Match, etc. Note that all of the reports found on the Standard Reports page are now accessible through the View Reports page. ETO Administrators may want to consider removing this feature from the Navigation Bar to streamline their process.
Custom ReportsMost often, Custom Reports are saved queries that have been shared.
