Enterprise Manager is a user role that encompasses all Site Administrator features, in addition to features listed here.  Enterprise Managers will also see Enterprise options on features available to Site Administrators.  For example, the Demographics Wizard will include Enterprise as a scope selection.  If you aren't sure whether you are an Enterprise Manager, check the Manage Staff Accounts page to view your user role.  Or, simply look at your Navigation Bar.  If you have access to the Enterprise component at the bottom of the bar, you are an Enterprise Manager.
