Cancellation Policy for all fee based training events:
In the interest of covering costly lab, travel, and material expenses incurred when hosting training events, Social Solutions has developed the following cancellation policy: While rare, it is possible that this session will be canceled in the event that an insufficient number of attendees register. If you will be traveling to attend this event, please be mindful when making travel reservations so that you may cancel flights and hotel stay without penalty. Social Solutions will provide notification of any cancellation 14 or more days in advance of the training.
Once registered, attendees may cancel their registration up to 14 days in advance of the training event and receive a full refund, less a $20 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will receive a refund that is only 25% of the training cost. Organizations that cancel within the 13 days will be able to apply a portion of the cancellation fee to a future training event; the cost of attendance at an event held within 90 days following the original training will be discounted 50%. This discount cannot be applied to the cost for multiple attendees unless there were multiple cancellations and is only valid for the first cancellation (in the event that someone cancels multiple times).
Repeat Policy for all fee based training events:
Attendees may re-take any fee based training event one time within one year of their initial attendance. New Administrator Orientation and ETO Results Orientation events specifically for repeat students are scheduled quarterly and posted on the training calendar. If you are interested in taking a different class as a repeat student, please email training@socialsolutions.com with your request.
The Cancellation Policy is similarly applied to repeat students as class size is limited. Once their spot in the class is confirmed, attendees may cancel their registration up to 14 days in advance of the training event and may request to attend another event. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advanced of the training will result in the attendee voiding the free repeat option.
