Tips for Using Manual
Use quotation marks to search for a string of two or more words using the search box in the upper right corner of this page. For example, “Demographics Wizard” will provide you with more meaningful search results than Demographics Wizard, which will return results that include any page that contains the words demographics and wizard, even if they aren't side by side.
If you prefer, you can turn to the categories provided in the upper right to guide your search. The Full Feature List includes all features found on the Navigation Bar.

Online Product Advisory Board
The OAB's main goal is to allow a large number of customers to provide input into key product decisions: feature prioritization, requirement gathering and future product development. Please email OAB@socialsolutions.com to be added to the OAB.

User Conferences 
If you are interested in meeting other customers and discussing your experiences with ETO Software, a new "user conference" platform has been developed to provide that opportunity.  The 2012 conferences are scheduled to take place in Oakland (May 2), Philadelphia (May 21), Chicago (June 11), Boston (June 25), and Atlanta (Sept 24).  Access to these events is free!  The online training calendar includes details and links to register.

Social Solutions Customer Center
Our Customer Center allows you to review outstanding issues that you've reported to Support. If you do not have an account yet, contact support@socialsolutions.com and request one!
