60 km North of Dauphin, MB is where The Ethelbert & District Museum is located in the Village of Ethelbert.

Housed in the old post office (1899) the two storey museum features an old school room, pioneer kitchen, sewing room, nursery, bedroom and other artifacts from original settlers.

During Annual Museum Day Celebrations bread baking is done in an outdoor clay oven.
