My name is Esseim Sharma and I am a student at The College of New Jersey. I am learning Spanish because I want to visit Spain in my junior year. I believe that if I know Spanish well enough, traveling around Spain will be much easier. Furthermore, I plan to be a doctor once I graduate from medical school. As a doctor, knowing Spanish is very useful, especially in parts of the country like California, where more than half of the people that are seen in emergency rooms only speak Spanish.
