One of the main goals of the ESRA Adult ADHD Group is to provide information and tools to help with the day to day lives of adults with ADHD, their families and their friends The monthly Interactive Program provides the opportunity for sharing knowledge and teaching new skills. The operative word here is “interactive”. A good interactive activity involves all those participating. Questions get answered in real time and issues that arise during the program can be dealt with on the spot. Programs like these are well suited to the group and make it more likely that at the end, people will take something with them.
