ESRA Adult ADHD Group – Peer Group Coaching

 

There is a lot of talk these days about Life Coaching and how it enables people to maximize their potential and enrich their lives.

 

There is also more awareness now than ever before that Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) often persist well past childhood into adulthood.

 

The ESRA Adult ADHD Group runs peer coaching groups for adults with ADHD where life coaching is done by the entire group.

 

If you are an adult who knows you have ADHD, or you know someone who has ADHD or you suspect you have ADHD or you just have trouble concentrating long enough to get to the end of this posting, then maybe it time to contact us and see how peer group coaching can help.
