  • Our next Stammtisch is about to come! 03.04.12! Dear appreciated and beloved ETG members and friends!  We will be holding our next Stammtisch on April 3rd, 2012 at 18:30 at the Glasschrank restaurant, Putzerstr. 6, 64287 in Darmstadt. Remember that the Stammtisch is open to non members as well.  As we want to guarantee a minimum of 4 attendees, please write us a short eMail to count on you!   • And we have a Stammtisch in March 06, 2012! Dear ETG members.  We will be holding our next Stammtisch of the year on March 6th at 18:30 at the Glasschrank restaurant, Putzerstr. 6, 64287 in Darmstadt. We'll be reading the original stage play 'Allo. Allo.'  This Stammtisch promises to be a very funny and entertaining event!   • Stammtisch January 2012: Our year starts! Dear ETG members.We will be holding our first Stammtisch of the year on 24th January at 18:30 at the Restaurant Glasschrank, Pützerstrasse 6, 64287 Darmstadt at the foot of the Mathildenhöhe. We'll be reading a couple of one act plays to help make finalise selection for the May production.Remember that the Stammtisch is open to non members as well.  We look forward to meeting you there!

  • Stammtisch December 2011 Dear ETG members.We will be holding our last Stammtisch of the year on 20th December at 1830 at the Restaurant Glasschrank, Pützerstrasse 6, 64287 Darmstadt at the foot of the Mathildenhöhe. We are still looking at what we will be reading.Because of the time of year it is important that we have a reasonable number of people attending. WE NEED TO KNOW BY THE MORNING OF TUESDAY 13TH IF YOU ARE INTENDING TO COME so that we can confirm or cancel the booking.Remember that the Stammtisch is open to non members as well.  We look forward to meeting you there!

ABOUT US


The ESOC Theatre Group is a non-profit social organisation part of the European Space Operations Centre (ESOC) of the European Space Agency (ESA), located in Darmstadt, Germany. It was founded in 1988.

Its mission is to provide the  background for its members to practice theater arts as a hobby and to make theater in English language available to an international community of enthusiasts in and around Darmstadt.

The main activities of the ESOC Theatre Group are the production of public amateur theatre plays, play reading sessions, workshops, theatre trips and other theatre related activities. 

The ESOC Theatre Group has currently around 50 members of many nationalities.
