Note: Teacher Support Program of Human Resources will pay for a substitute teacher in order for each participating teacher to go and observe a veteran teacher.  Each PT will need to meet with his/her SP to discuss which veteran teacher they want to observe and why.  The SP and/or the BTSA Advisor will do what he/she can to help set up these observations in advance so that the substitute can be ordered.

Accessing the Participating Teachers survey

  1. Find and click on the link for Participating Teachers at https://info.ctc.ca.gov/fmi/xsl/BTSA_2011_12_Survey_PT/home.xsl
  2. Find Click here to start or continue your survey.
  3. ID and Password are case sensitive:
    1. ID is TEACHER
    2. Password is SURVEY
  4. Enter your Last Name (as entered on their consent form) and Consent for ID number and click Lookup Survey
  5. Verify that your name, school, district and BTSA program information is correct.
  6. Click Page 1 to begin.
  7. Use the Save Responses and Continue button at the end of each page.
  8. Subsequent pages will provide you with a review of your responses to the previous page and then show the next set of questions.
  9.  Last step is to click the Review and Finalize button and then click SURVEY COMPLETE! If this button is not clicked, any unsaved changes will be lost and the survey will not be completed.

To leave the survey before you finish:  Make certain that you complete the page you are working on by clicking Save Responses and Continue.  You may log back on at a later time (or from a different computer) and pick up where you left off.  Then make sure you complete Step 7 above to complete and save.

Attention Support Providers - Our SP Seminar date has changed for the month of October.  We will be meeting together with our Participating Teachers on October 13, 2011 at 3:30 pm in the HR large conference room.  Please plan to attend, as it is a very important meeting for support providers especially.  Thank you. 

Participating Teachers - We will have our support providers join us on Oct 13, 2011 for our BTSA meeting.  Please bring your three required FAS eDocs (Class Profile, School, Family & Community Resources and Family Communication) with optional evidence to the meeting on a USB flash drive or bring your laptop.  We will be uploading these FAS eDocument to your individual wiki pages (i.e. electronic portfolios).

Please plan to attend, as this is an important meeting.  If you can not attend for any reason please email/text/call me in advance so that I can meet with you one-on-one for advice and assistance.

I look forward to our meeting together.
