In HRPro 6.1.05 or above, there is a checkbox option Actual Annual Leave Entitlement neglect fist 3 months (Default is checked).
(in System Manager ->Maintenance->HRPro Setup->05 Leave Module Setup)
 When this option is turn on (that is the default behavior before 6.1.05).
 Assuming today is 2009/02/05, the employee Annual Leave Entitled in the row of As of Today (Actual) will not increase until 2009/03/15 (3 Months after anniversary or date join).
This behavior is complied to labour department to calculate Payment of Annual Leave Pay on Termination of Employment Contract
 However, if this option is turn off. The Actual Annual Leave Entitlement will calculate prorata based on the year of entitlement.
