1:00 – 4:00  The afternoon is more hands-on for a core group to craft a combined vision statement that can be presented to the entire group
         Discussion of Pros and Cons of different ePortfolio structures
          Discussion of ePortfolio Tools Choices
          Vision Statement.  Group approval and/or next steps for finalizing.
          Change Process (small Group/Large Group discussion)
          Implementation, etc.
