Professional Experience
Project 1: Dun & Bradstreet – D&B Data Access Interface
Providing an interface layer to the DET (Data Entry Terminal) clients using web services and Mule framework, which process them and also redirects the request & response. The DET client works by accessing the D&B Data Access Interface End-Points of the Axis web services.
Scope of Duties - Developer
• Designing the
request and response Schema XSL/XSD for J2EE application.
• Writing the transformation specification End to End.
• Coding involves
text file indexing, tokenizing, FTP, Java Mail, Reading & Writing to MQ
• Developing web services using Apache axis
• Testing the final product and checking the performance with
Jmeter.
Project 2: Dun & Bradstreet - Server-Refresh & Re-engineering & Enhancement Project
The J2EE application D&B Data Access Interface runs on the multiple windows server and this Refresh project is to migrate the application from windows to Linux environment and to upgrade the java and Mule version and provided the client with a improvised performance based comparison report.
Scope of Duties - As Linux SME
• Windows to Linux J2EE application Migration- Carried out a POC and made the J2EE footprint executable in Linux environment along with MQ, MULE and ERS.
• Upgrading the java and
Mule Version- Optimized the code which reduces 200 objects creation and also enabled
auto boxing etc.
• Auto Purging of Log files (log4j) and performance tuning and
checking (Jmeter)

Found all the old jars and upgraded with the thread-safe Components.
Project 3: Dun & Bradstreet – Report Generation Module
Developed a web project to report client with the number of success and failure transactions in the different time slice and checking the application availability with a watch dog module embedded.
Scope of Duties - Web Developer
• Developed a web project with JSP & Servlets to read the transaction log and to display the count of transactions.
• Developed a QA environment to post requests to MQ and finding its depth.
• Checking the MQ for its depth and triggering a mail when depth goes greater than Zero.
• Design the display template for showing the count of transactions in different time slice.
