Thank you parents for your time and talent for all of our parties this year. It is your special efforts which make these events so much fun. I have left the following outline from the 2011-2012 school year on this page, so that you can see a format of how and when these events happen. Dear Parents, Thanks for volunteering to help out at our classroom parties this year. I have tried to meet the requests as much as possible. If you are a parent that can not be present, but could help out with a snack or something else, please let someone else from your group know. If the date I have picked out for you suddenly will not work out, please trade with someone else. If your name is not on the list and you could help somewhere, please let me know and I will be happy to add you to the place of your preference. On the day of your party you may plan games or other activities for the class to do. The children also enjoy a snack of some kind. Please work together. If I can be of any help with construction paper or other art materials, please let me know. Thanks again for you time and effort.
