 | February 12, 2009 I saw a site about the Abyss that I thought was very good. I don't know about the rest of the writings from this site, but this page seems right on. The Abyss and the Beast from the Abyss One thing I want to mention though. Satan is the Deceiver. His deception is going to be coming as the False Christ. The good news is that we know that the return of Jesus is going to be in the clouds. Matthew 24:30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. Response to a letter I received about my testimony. I actually am retyping it, because I lost it because my sent items were set to NOT save, so it isn't exactly the same, sorry!!
I believe it is literal. Jesus is coming, but this is a good thing, and not something to be worried about.
I will try to tell you about my life, and what helped me. First of all, I was searching. I wanted to know what to DO in my life. Not what to do to be saved, but what to do for Gods work.
I think the truth was that I never really wanted to give up my life. I would accept Christ as my saviour, and then sit down at my computer and waste my life away. Then I had a pastor show me a simple illustration. The illustration is with money. He held it in his hand and said here take my money. The idea was that the money was his sin. I reached for the money to take it, but he wouldn't let go. He said why aren't you taking my money? I said because you aren't letting go of it. I had a chill run up my spine and I realized that Jesus is very very willing to take away my sin, but I'm just not letting go.
1 John 1:8,9 "If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
If you are like me and don't know what to do in your life, just go ask your pastor. They can give you something to do. From there, the Holy Spirit will guide you. Please pray for me. |
