Summer Love '07

Ahhh.... summer.  Pool parties and showing off those farmer's tans, Braves winning their division only to lose in the first round, Atlanta summer league with Matt 'So' Sayad crying about underranked players, signing up for the Peachtree roadrace and then selling your numbers, and finding the love of your life in a yellow beach ball.  Have a good summer guys.

3/3/07 Mudbowl

Emory makes it to the finals of mudbowl the first time since  2003, going 6-1 and upending St. Johns and LSU on the way to the finals.  For a recap of this tournament, click on the mudbowl link.

2/17/07 Mardi Gras

1/29/07 Florida Winter Classic

Florida Winter Classic 2007 was probably one of the worst organized tournaments in history.  It was the first tournament of the Spring 2007 season.  It did not go as well as the team had hoped -captain Greg Schwartz broke his foot on the first day, and things went downhill from there.  From the picture above, you can see coach Goodson and Josh Klehr testing if Greg is lying or not.  For a complete recap, click FLWC 2007 recap.

10/31/06 Discs Over Georgia

Emory collides with neighbor Vanderbilt in a hard fought game on Halloween weekend. 

Last year we lost to Vandy in a close game at QCTU.  They scored the go ahead point on a rain-soaked mudpit of a field.  Scott and Brax collided with each other going for the D, only to look up and see the disc caught by a Vandy player and spiked in our faces.  This Fall, Emory returned the favor in a hard fought victory on double game point.  For a recap of this game and other scores from the weekend, click on the DoG link.
