Marilyn was born and raised in New York spending most of her life on Long Island. A graduate of Adelphi University, Marilyn worked for Museum Books til she left to raise her daughter. For 5 years she managed a knitting and needlepoint store in Cedarhurst, NY and she maintains her love of those arts. She spent the next few years working with her late husband, Richie, in his electrical supply business. Scholastic Book Fairs was Marilyn’s next stop where she was the office manager before leaving to pursue synagogue management. Moving from Temple Emanuel in New Hyde Park NY to the Huntington Jewish Center before arriving here at Temple Emeth where she has found a warm home. Marilyn is the proud grandmother of Arlo and Avin.
