Elsie's Gift Shop is happily owned and operated by Elsie Fulkerson in Norman, Arkansas.

"My love of candles and all things scented prompted me to open my candle business in 2006, starting with the Candle Breeze products, and then becoming a distributor of Je T'aime soy candles in beautiful jars -- I just love them all!  Since then I have grown and expanded my offerings to include aroma therapy products, scented oils and oil warmers, and plan to expand further into a variety of lovely and unusual home decor and gifts in 2008," says Elsie.
