The local management is handled by Sara Millbank and her daughter in law Lindsay at La Manga 4U. This is a family run business, which caters for about 25 properties in La Manga Club, with an excellent reputation for service at a personal level. Sara and her team handle the arrival of guests and cleaning, and her husband Les and his team deal with any maintenance issues that arise.

Sara will normally meet guests at the villa on arrival to hand over the keys and show the guests around the villa, answering any questions. Upon payment of the final balance I normally send guests details of the key safe next to the front door of the villa in case they are delayed or arrive outside normal working hours. In this event Sara will normally call the next day to make sure the guests have settled in and answer any questions they may have. Sara also offers other services as follows – I can arrange these with Sara for you or alternatively you can contact Sara direct as above. Payments are made to Sara direct on arrival for any pre-booked service.

Welcome Pack
You can order an arrival pack of provisions for 20 euros. This includes the following items.
1 carton of milk Jam 1 loaf of bread Instant coffee Tea Bags
1 carton of Orange juice
1 litre of water 1 box of weetabix Sugar
Please pre-order any welcome pack at least a week before your arrival
Sara can also offer a BBQ pack or work to a list of specific guests choices if required.
Baby sitting service
This service has a minimum of 3 hours baby sitting and is 10 euros an hour (15 euros an hour after midnight) any night of the week
This service is very popular in the high season so early booking is recommended and can be done before guests arrive (contact by email is best).
More than 3 children will be priced on request.
