I am especially interested and have conducted original research in biomechanics, physics of lipid bilayer membranes, DNA-protein interactions, and cell motility. I am currently modeling the movement of eukaryotic cancer cells through the extra-cellular-matrix, with Dr Charles Wolgemuth’s group at University of Connecticut Health Center's CCAM.
