Some of my teachers and friends have been a great inspiration to me. These are the people who saw my potential and encouraged me to develop and make use of that potential for the benefit of other people.

MOVIES

I am fond of watching movies during my free time. I am a big fan of classic movies and science fiction movies. I have a collection of some of the best classics in film history including award winning movies. Being a movie enthusiast, I was able to present a paper on using movies in teaching chemistry (ppt) in a convention.

BEATLES

John, Paul, George and Ringo from Liverpool, England. Those four English lads who have influenced the 20th century pop music scene has been an inspiration in my life. From Please Please Me to the Anthology albums, I collected all their albums and have memorized the lyrics of all songs from Act Naturally to You Won't See Me.

The Lennon-McCartney song composition collaboration have serve as my model in establishing collaboration in science.

MY STUDENTS

Unknown to them, my students have also serve as my inspiration. Because of them, I was able to improve myself not only as a teacher/adviser but as a better person. My students gave me first hand knowledge not to be found inside the four corner of classrooms.
