At Ellesmere Port City Tennis Club we have several qualified coaches:
 

 

Tennis Coach / Junior Organiser - Monica Robinson

 

 Monica Robinson has extensive experience in junior coaching.  She is renowned in the area for her positive contribution to junior tennis and actively coaches on our programme.  As well as organising the World junior U10 league, Monica organises the Wirral junior league and works tirelessly to ensure that all eligible juniors at EPCTC have the opportunity to compete in team tennis.

 Tennis Coach - Steve Whelan 
   

  

Steve is a CCA Performance coach who has over ten years coaching experience. Steve has worked with a number of local performance players who have gone on to high county and national rankings. As a team captain he has also had success in AEGON team junior tennis and was Wirral Captain in the 2004 Merseyside youth games winning silver medals. Steve has also been a successful head coach at Upton VH LTC and is currently based at North Wales Regional Tennis Centre in Wrexham.

Steve also operates as an ambassador for Babolat VS UK and uses the Aero Pro Drive with RPM Blast and VS Team string. You can find out more about Steve at his website: www.stevewhelantennis.co.uk
