Ah, the perals of not using the correct foundation garments on the dress form. Do you see the dart rising too high above the bust point rather than below, and the lines on the muslin radiating from the darts? That is why the corset is so important. Note the waist actually wouldn't have changed for this garment the amount taken in is simply to get a rounder shape, but the bulk of the corset returns the waist measurement to the original size.
