This Dress was draped on a form, with corset, bustle, and peticoat.
Here are the final pattern pieces:

The Bodice is flat lined silk and cotton cotuil, and the skirt is silk and lined with silk to just above the detail.  The Petticoat is muslin with silk  double box pleats.  The overcoat and dickie are out of cotton velveteen, and flat lined with stiff cotton twill.
