How to Book:

1. We can take a provisional booking by email or telephone and immediately send out a booking form for completion. 
2. You need to return your booking form with either the deposit or the full payment:
• A deposit of £100 per booking/week is required in order to reserve the property
• The full balance is required four weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday.  If booking less than four weeks to your holiday the full balance is required upon time of booking.
3. Payment may be made by cheque or postal order made payable to and posted to :- (details are given on the booking form)
4. On receipt of your signed and fully completed booking form, together with your deposit or full payment, a confirmation of booking will be sent.  this will detail the relevant prices and dates and should be checked carefully.  It will also detail your balance and date due if applicable.  No further reminder will be sent before the due date.  If your balance payment is not received by this date, we reserve the right to re-offer the holiday.
5. Upon receipt of your final payment an acknowledgement/receipt is sent along with the key collection and directions. We also send a map of Limefitt Park and a quality questionnaire and hope you will complete this and email it to us upon your return from your holiday.
