There are loads of shops in the Shin Urayasu area. Following is a brief list of some of the main shops. The list is by no means comprehensive. Please check the official sites for details. Shopping MallsDaiei Shin-Urayasu Shopper's PlazaThe Daiei Shin-Urayasu Shopper's Plaza is a shopping complex located right across the foyer from the Shin Urayasu Station on the JR Keiyo Line. The shopping center has lots of shops selling just about everything.Daiei supermarket occupies the main space on three floors (see below). There are also a lot of smaller clothing and accessories stores, drug stores, flower shops, book stores, music shops, kimono shops, eyeglass shops, etc. Restaurants are located mainly on the first and fourth floors. Bakeries and confectionery shops are mainly on the first floor. Central Wellness Club (sports club) and a game center are on the fourth floor. Official Site: Daiei Shin-Urayasu Shopper's Plaza Mona Shin-UrayasuMona Shin-Urayasu is a shopping and dining complex located on the right side the foyer next to Shin Urayasu Station on the JR Keiyo Line.Daimaru Peacock supermarket is located on the first floor. There are also clothing and specialty stores (Muji or Mujirushi Ryōhin, etc.), a book store, a music store, etc on the second and third floors. Restaurants are located mainly on the first and fourth floors. There is a cafe on the second floor directly across from Shin Urayasu Station. Official Site: Mona Shin-Urayasu Atre Shin-UrayasuAtre Shin-Urayasu is is a shopping and dining complex attached to Shin Urayasu Station on the JR Keiyo Line.The shopping center has clothing and accessories stores (Uniqlo, Afternoon Tea, etc.), a large book store, and other specialty shops. Groceries, bakeries and other prepared foods are available on the first floor. Restaurants are located on the first and second floors. Official Site: Atre Shin Urayasu IkspiariIkspiari is a great shopping, dining and entertainment center located next to Maihama Station on the JR Keiyo Line.Ikspiari is part of the Tokyo Disney Resort complex and has approximately 140 stores and restaurants. For entertainment, there is a great movie theater complex called Cinema Ikspiari with 16 screens and Club Ikspiari, which has dining and live entertainment most nights. Official Site: Ikspiari SupermarketsDaieiDaiei is located in the Daiei Shin-Urayasu Shopper's Plaza (see above). The first floor has mainly food and daily necessities. The third floor has clothing, accessories, household items, items for pets, etc. There is also an independent electronics store (Best Denki) located on the third floor within Daiei. Cosmetics are on the second floor. Most of the second floor however is rented out to independent shops selling clothing and other specialty items.Hours: First floor: 10:00-23:00 Second and third floors: 10:00-21:00 Daimaru PeacockDaimaru Peacock is located on the first floor of Mona Shin-Urayasu. It is much smaller than Daiei but the quality of fresh items is usually better than that of Daiei (the price may be a little higher for non-sale items). Daimaru Peacock also has some imported foods and wines.Hours: 10:00-23:00 Ito YokadoIto Yokado supermarket is located near Meikai University in Shin-Urayasu. Ito Yokado is convenient if you live in that area or are heading towards the university or bay.Half of the first floor is a supermarket and the other half has clothing and accessories. The second floor also has clothing, including a sporting goods store. The third floor has household goods, a book store, and a music store. Restaurants are located mainly on the first and third floors. Imported FoodsSeijo IshiiThere are two Seijo Ishii shops in the Urayasu area.The Seijo Ishii market on the first floor of the Atre Shin-Urayasu (see above) shopping center is a little small but has a decent assortment of imported foods and wines. The Seijo Ishii market on the first floor of the Ikspiari (see above) shopping center is bigger and has a better assortment of items, including vegetables and other fresh foods. Daimaru PeacockDaimaru Peacock (see above) has some imported foods and wines. The prices are usually a little cheaper than Seijo Ishii.KaldiKaldi is a small shop on the first floor of the Mona Shin-Urayasu shopping center. Although originally the chain of Kaldi shops specialized in coffee beans, they now have a nice selection of imported foods and wines at reasonable prices.
