 ELF CO-OPERATIVE Is eight minutes walking from Tachikawa Station’s, North Exit.
Walk North, escalator down in front of Bic Camera. First signal, is just a crossing light, continue north. Second signal, continue north. Third signal, 5-street intersection, continue north. Fourth signal, red sign REX HOTEL says CINEMA ST over-head, Turn right on CINEMA ST, walk 150 paces.
First street to the left you will see ELF CO-OPERATIVE with a big Green X on the front and a Blue tile roof. Shoes come off at the door and the air is smoke free. Here are two maps, maps are also provided as attachments at the bottom of this web page.  Once inside
