Wire rod cleaning and pickling (electrolytic) system eliminate uses of large size open acid pickling tanks. Our wire cleaning and pickling line can be used on line with wire drawing machines, copper coating lines, zincing lines.
As, these line uses electrolytic process for cleaning pickling as well as in some cases for coating , these are popularly knows as Electro Pickling, Electro Zincing, Electro Galvanizing, Electro Zincking lines. Electro pickling devices - system has unique design which removes the scale from wire OD at the very good speed.
Our designed continuous wire pickling and cleaning line helps in improving pickling quality at higher speed at better DV values, also results in low acid consumption, low effluent generation and electro zincing offer better control on zinc coating with higher DV values.
