Good source for Cast Iron Cookware - ammended 2008.03.22

I am an advocate and user of cast iron cookware.  I recently purchased three pans from your company and I have been really disappointed with your product.  The pans have a pebbled surface which causes everything to stick and makes cleaning very difficult compared with my other cast iron pans.  I have over 20 cast iron pans mostly Griswold so I feel my opinion is informed.  Also the handles of your pans protrude above the rim making the hanging of pans on the wall a lot less stable.  I had a link on my rural living web site recommending your product which I will have to ammend in the light of my recent experience with your product.  I would suggest you examine some of the classic Griswold pans so that you might understand why they have become the collectors most desirable cast iron cookware.
