The intent of this site is to help make our work more efficient and effective.
 
Primary advantages:
 
  1. Common format for documents, with an easy way export to other formats.
  2. Central, complete and organized document and message storage.
  3. Digital (electronic) access, not just paper copies of documents.
  4. Quick access to our minutes, documents, etc.
  5. Everyone is looking at the same thing.
  6. Automatic backup and versioning.
  7. Easy collaboration on tasks and documents.
Item descriptions (see Navigation in the right column):
  1. Calendar: Our unified calender. Let me know by email -- htca.election@gmail.com -- if you see errors or things that need to be added to our calendar.
  2. Documents: Takes you to the documents that I have "shared" with you. These will include minutes and our other working documents.
  3. Email: If you use Gmail, your inbox will appear at that page.
  4. Files: Documents are files, but not all files are documents. We might need some that aren't (we have none like that now).
