An Atomic Meme wiki

Instructional design requires vision: honing in on learning needs through analysis and  then crafting elegant solutions to fill gaps in skills and knowledge. Along the way  there's the ongoing need for assessment. Does the solution really provide value? Does the learner gain new skills and knowledge? Does the learner actually use these skills and knowledge in the organization or society in which the learner finds herself? Was there an impact  when these new skills were implemented?

The internet creates tremendous opportunities to engage learners on a global scale. It also creates the challenge to make eLearning more than about tools, to take the best of traditional approaches, and to evolve new approaches. This ATOMIC MEME wiki aims to be a part of this journey.
