Upcoming project elements:

1.E-tutor training
Goal: to train future SEES E-tutors, who will be responsible for conducting on-line training events in local countries. 20 participants will be selected by 2011.05.06. in each partner country (Austria, Hungary, Lithuania, Portugal) who will receive an e-tutor certification. Out of the 20 participants, one from each partner country(the best one) will be nominated to participate in the Simulation process within the framework of the SEES project.
Requirements for volunteer participants:
-Leadership and/or e-work background
-English language knowledge
-Team spirit

2. Online Simulation
Goal: to introduce a new innovative learning approach, by involving a total of 5 team members form different Eu countries, who will work on a complex project task. The challenge is, that these participants have never met, but are obligated to fulfill the requirements given by the "imaginary company". The project team has to use ONLY on-line tools to conduct these tasks.
Each simulation participant will be supported by an E-tutor(locally), who will also monitor the individual during the simulation phase. The participants will be asked to give the SEES project team about their experience and will evaluate the simulation process. 

Expected duration: 2011.06.06-20011.06.20. (2 hours/day)

3. Closing Conference
The closing conference will be held in Austria, involving different representatives from the target groups. To assure the "international" participation, all countries are welcome to participate by sending us a short "SEES video clip", which will be published and played during the conference on the "SEES Fusion Wall".
