Steve Eggleston, aka The Eggman, is a law school Valedictorian, award-winning law professor (Remedies), best-selling author (“Labor and Employment in California"/Lexis-Nexis), and former entertainment, employment, music, and trial attorney. Using his global experience and connections, he's been a moving force in many companies, including Wohl & Eggleston, Attorneys at Law (co-founder); iiEntertainment & iiRecords (founder/CEO); Filmspeed (Board of Directors / 3rd largest video streamer worldwide); Filmtrax (co-founder/Pres); Cinetrax (founder/CEO); One Roof Entertainment (Pres/Film, Music & Television); Vegas Rocks Magazine, Media & Music (Pres/COO); 1122 Media (think tank/Pres); and Eggman Global – Media, Entertainment, Sports, Fashion (founder/CEO). The Eggman has produced, co-produced, executive-produced, and/or music-supervised a host of film, music and theatrical projects, including comedy TV pilot "Let's Call It Frisco;" "British Invasion of Harry O's" @ the 2007 Sundance Film Festival; NAACP Award-Winning theatrical “Ephraim’s Song” (w/ Bruce Willis & Cedric the Entertainer); and feature film “A Midsummer Night’s Rave, directed by Gil Cates, Jr." The Eggman is also a freelance rock journalist, an author of commercial & literary fiction, including crime-courtroom thriller "Conflicted," and a proud father and family man.
